Katherine Denton - Broker of Record/Owner has been a realtor for over 26 years. After attending Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia for Business Administration, Katherine moved to Toronto where she worked at Tremco Ltd, as their Senior Accountant, then Harvard Industries in Ashburn, Ontario as the assistant to the Controller. In 1998 she attended Ontario Real Estate College where she became a licenced Realtor. Katherine joined Sutton Group - Classic Realty Inc. in Whitby, Ontario in March 1998. Katherine loves assisting her clients with their real estate needs and within 5 years became a Real Estate Broker and a Mortgage Broker. She attended the Craig Proctor Real Estate Coaching Program in the USA and developed The Sutton Home Team in 2007. Katherine has assisted her clients with buying & selling new and resale residential properties, condos, investment properties, multi unit properties and small businesses from Toronto east thru Durham Region, Port Hope, Belleville, Prince Edward County to Kingston and as far noth as Barrie & Peterborough. She also assists her clients with leasing property. Katherine enjoys staying active, travelling and spending time with family & freinds. In 2003, Katherine purchased a waterfront property in beautiful Prince Edward County. She started a successful vacation rental business hosting guests from all over the world. Many people flock to PEC for family reunions, to explore our beautiful wine region and the most beautiful beaches in Ontario at the Sandbanks Provincial Park & the Sand Dunes on West Lake. Katherine moved to Prince Edward County in 2011 with her family. Her two boys started school in Whitby, then graduated from Prince Edward Collegiate. In 2016, Katherine moved to Kingston. In 2017,  she purchased Access Business Brokers Inc. and formed Access Realty Group.  Her eldest son is a PhD Student at the Smith's School of Engineering at Queen's University in Kingston,Ontario. Her youngest son in his 4th year at the Smith's School of Engineering at Queen's University. Katherine started taking her boys to the gym at a young age for agility training. She managed her son's hockey team in Whitby and then enjoyed watching most of their games (Hockey, Baseball, Rugby) ever since. Her youngest son plays on the Queens U Baseball Team and he helped them win the 2022 University Baseball Championship. This was the first time Queen's University had ever won this title.

Nina Veltri has been a Realtor for over 30 years.  After graduating from Toronto Metropolitan University (then Ryerson), Nina joined the family business "Veltri Homes". Veltry Homes was established by her late father, Mario Veltri, a builder of distinction. Nina has worked on developing land, property management and the construction side of the family business.  She was encouraged by her late father to obtain her real estate license so that she could sell new homes built by Veltri Homes. Nina joined Sutton Group Classic Realty Inc where she worked with a team of senior realtors, she did many open houses on weekends. Nina has sold many new & resale homes in Bowmanville, Newtonville, Millbrook, Oshawa and Courtice. Nina joined Access Business Brokers Inc in 2012.  When not selling real estate, Nina is one of the managers of Harmony Creek Golf Centre in Oshawa and is an event planner for the facility as well.  When Nina is not managing, event planning or selling, she is a volunteer Children's Liturgical Minister at her church.

Nina is currently assisting Veltri Homes on a new home development in Millbrook, Ontario.
